At this time, no. Our equipment requires access to an outdoor hose bib, which is typically not available at apartment complexes.
We generally recommend a minimum of two carpet cleanings annually to maintain a clean and healthy home. Ask about our Scotchgard service to help prevent contamination between cleanings. (Fun fact: most carpet manufacturers' guarantees request some form of protectant applied during cleanings to remain valid.)
Typically within 8 to 24 hours depending on the material and fiber length. We use high-velocity fans that break the moisture barrier to accelerate evaporation.
You're given an arrival window when you schedule, plus a text alert 30 minutes before your technician arrives.
We're happy to move light to medium-sized furniture free of charge, using sliders and foam blocks or plastic sheets to protect your floors and carpet. Large or heavy pieces should be moved before the appointment.
We carefully select cleaning solutions that are safe to use around both people and animals and that cause no harm to the environment.
