Day School

A different type of dog training.

Immersion Day School programs maximize your dog's learning through structured training sessions, social interactions, outings and hikes. Every program is individualized: we meet you and your dog where you are and gently push toward your goals.

Well-adjusted helper dogs assist with reactivity, fear and anxiety. Dogs teach other dogs far more than we ever could.

Initial steps

Every journey starts the same way.

1 · Behavior Consultation

$25

Meet us at our facility for 30–45 minutes. We observe your dog, discuss the history of the behavior, and set the most important goals. Required for dogs over 6 months.

2 · Evaluation Day

$100*

We safely test behavior elements from the consult: a hike to unwind, reactions to dogs and people, and settling in a crate in our climate-controlled building.

*A $25 credit is applied to a training program.

Payment plans are available for all full programs. Additional human lessons: $100 at our facility, $125 at home or a public place.

Passionate. Patient. Persistent. Pet-lover. Erica's journey began with a shut-down rescue mama from Austin Animal Center, and grew through years helping dogs with behavior issues.

Lynnette Chaivre

CBCC-KA, FFCP, AKC CGC Evaluator

An interpreter between guardians and their dogs. Lynnette's passion is working with dogs with fears, anxieties and confidence issues.

Good to know

A day at SADC.

Drop-off 7:15–9:00 am

9:00 am is the cut-off so morning sessions start on time.

Pick-up 4:00–6:00 pm

Late pick-ups after 6:00 pm may incur a $45 fee.

Vaccines required

Core vaccinations (DHAPP), Rabies and Bordetella before your dog steps paw inside.
