Policy

Please review before booking.

1. Health records: current conditions, prescriptions and medication schedule, inoculation record and any behavioral concerns.
2. Gingr agreement: complete it when making your appointment (behavior with other dogs, anxieties, feeding schedule and food).
3. We provide food (Kirkland Signature Dog Food Health), bedding, blankets and toys. Mark any items you bring with your pet's name.
4. Traveling? Emergency contacts and vet information are required.
5. Condition on arrival: we may refuse daycare or boarding for very dirty or sick pets, and will call you first if grooming can help.
6. Long-term boarding: tell us at least 24 hours before pick-up if plans change; a fee applies for later changes.
7. Boarding pick-up is 24 hours after drop-off (30-minute grace period, then a ½-day daycare charge). Let us know if you'd like a bath before pick-up.
8. ½-day daycare has a 30-minute grace period, after which a full-day charge applies.
