Secure your date with payment: your date is not locked in without one.
Chef arrives 2 hours before service. The menu is prepped, served, presented and cleared, leaving your kitchen as it was.
Your date is not locked in without a payment. If your event is more than 30 days out, 25% of your final invoice is required. Less than 10 days out, the full amount is required to secure.
Deposits are non-refundable. If your date is within 7 days of cancellation you automatically forfeit 50% of payment, as purchasing for your event has most likely already begun.
A clean kitchen and a clean working space are required. We arrive 2 hours prior to service.
Expect a high standard of professionalism from the very start to the very end of communication.
