Everything is connected.
Lift height affects steering geometry. Tire size changes gearing. Suspension travel influences driveshaft angles. Added weight changes spring rates and shock valving. Our job isn't to bolt on accessories, it's to make every component work together so your vehicle performs as a complete system.
Steering & Alignments
Proper steering geometry affects far more than tire wear—it determines how confidently your vehicle tracks down the highway and performs off-road. We diagnose steering concerns before making adjustments, correcting caster, camber (IFS), toe, thrust angle, track bar position, and suspension geometry on both stock and modified vehicles. Whether you're eliminating death wobble, correcting lift-induced handling issues, or dialing in a custom suspension, we build steering systems that are stable, predictable, and designed for real-world use.
Suspension Systems
Suspension is more than lift height. Every component affects ride quality, articulation, durability, handling, and long-term reliability. We install leveling kits, complete suspension systems, long-arm conversions, coilover systems, shocks, springs, bump stops, steering corrections, and supporting components for Jeep, Bronco, Toyota, Ram, GM, and Ford platforms. Every suspension is selected around how your vehicle is actually driven—not simply how tall you want it to sit.
Gears, Lockers & Axles
Oversized tires demand proper gearing. As a Yukon Gear & Axle Authorized Installer, we perform differential rebuilds, ring and pinion installation, locker installation, axle upgrades, chromoly shafts, bearing replacement, and complete axle assemblies. Every gear set is professionally measured and set up for quiet operation, proper contact patterns, long service life, and dependable performance under demanding conditions.
Wheels, Tires & TPMS
Choosing the right wheel and tire combination affects far more than appearance. We help match tire size, wheel specifications, backspacing, load ratings, offsets, and overall vehicle setup to maximize clearance, steering performance, suspension travel, and reliability. We also install, balance, rotate, repair, and service TPMS systems to keep your vehicle performing properly on-road and off.
Diagnostics & Mechanical Repair
Replacing parts without proper testing is expensive guesswork. Our diagnostic process focuses on identifying the actual cause of a concern before recommending repairs. We diagnose engine performance, drivability concerns, cooling systems, transfer cases, differentials, axle assemblies, steering, suspension, drivetrain vibrations, brake systems, electrical faults, and check engine lights using proven testing procedures—not simply fault codes. We also have several fleet and commercial truck clients. Have a business, we can service your fleet.
Driveshafts & Driveline
As suspension height and drivetrain angles change, driveshaft performance becomes increasingly important. We inspect, replace, balance, and upgrade driveshafts, U-joints, CV joints, slip assemblies, yokes, carrier bearings, and supporting driveline components. Proper driveline geometry reduces vibration, minimizes premature wear, and improves long-term reliability on lifted vehicles.
Why Lunes
Good work speaks louder than marketing.
We don't believe in cutting corners, pushing gimmicks, or selling customers things they don't need. We believe in doing the job right, communicating honestly, and building vehicles we'd trust ourselves.
That commitment to quality and transparency has earned Lunes Off-Road a loyal customer base and a growing collection of 5-star reviews across Google and Facebook. Most of our growth comes from repeat customers, word of mouth, and the off-road community itself.

FAQs
Straight answers.
Do you work on more than just Jeeps at Lunes Off-Road?
Absolutely. While Jeep Wranglers, Gladiators, Cherokees, and Grand Cherokees remain a major part of what we do, Lunes Off-Road also specializes in Ford Broncos and trucks, Toyota trucks and SUVs, Chevrolet and GMC trucks, Ram trucks, Nissan trucks, and many other four-wheel-drive platforms. Our technicians perform suspension upgrades, lift kits, leveling kits, steering repairs, axle service, differential gearing, driveline repairs, diagnostics, alignments, maintenance, and accessory installation on both independent front suspension (IFS) and solid axle vehicles. Whether you're building a daily driver, an overland vehicle, a tow rig, or a dedicated trail rig, we recommend upgrades based on how you actually use your vehicle—not simply what is popular online.
Do you offer suspensions brands other than MetalCloak?
Yes. Lunes Off-Road is a MetalCloak Gold Authorized Installer, but we install and service suspension systems from many of the industry's leading manufacturers. Brands we regularly work with include MetalCloak, Rock Krawler, Teraflex, ICON Vehicle Dynamics, Bilstein, Falcon, King, ADS, Fox, Rough Country, Fabtech, Rancho, Old Man Emu (OME), and many others. No single suspension system is the best for every customer. We evaluate ride quality, articulation, suspension geometry, steering, vehicle weight, tire size, intended use, and your input before recommending components that fit your goals. Our objective is to improve overall vehicle performance both on and off the road—not simply install the most expensive parts.
Do you install aux lights, headlights, or under glow?
Yes. We install complete auxiliary lighting systems for Jeeps, Broncos, trucks, SUVs, and other off-road vehicles. Our services include headlights, ditch lights, pod lights, fog lights, rock lights, grille lighting, chase lights, bumper lighting, roof-mounted light bars, scene lighting, cargo lighting, interior lighting, and custom switch panel installations. We also install professional wiring systems using products from KC HiLiTES, Diode Dynamics, Baja Designs, Morimoto, Rigid Industries, Nacho Lights, VoSwitch, SPOD, Switch-Pros, Auxbeam, and other quality manufacturers. Every installation is performed with proper circuit protection, relay control when needed, clean wire routing, and serviceable electrical connections built for long-term reliability.
I am buying a Jeep or truck. Can you inspect it first?
Absolutely. A pre-purchase inspection is one of the smartest investments you can make before buying a used vehicle. Our inspections evaluate suspension components, steering systems, driveline components, axle assemblies, brakes, wheel bearings, tires, electrical systems, fluid leaks, frame condition, previous collision repairs, aftermarket modifications, and overall mechanical condition. Unlike a basic walk-around inspection, we look for the issues commonly found on modified off-road vehicles—including poor workmanship, incorrect installation, hidden damage, worn steering components, driveline vibration concerns, and future repair costs. You'll receive a written summary of our findings along with recommendations so you can make an informed buying decision.
