Catered food delivery

From $25 per guest

Event minimum $625 (25 guests). We deliver a range of delicious dishes and stage an elegant buffet with “china-like” plates, “silver-look” flatware and “linen-like” dinner napkins, utilizing your elegant trays.

• Up to six hors d’oeuvres from our appetizer menu, or
• A hearty meal: salad, main dish, two sides, bread & dessert
• Premium dishes & December dates at additional cost

Executive self service option

Delivery with elegant service ware

From $30 per guest

Event minimum $750 (25 guests). We deliver and stage an elegant buffet using our chafing dishes, garnished trays and décor, returning the next day to remove. Includes china plates, silver flatware and linen napkins.

Beverages & barware

Soft bar · Stemware

• Soft bar: $3.00 per guest (minimum $75). Iced tea, lemonade, soft drinks, mixers & ice
• Glass stemware & barware: $4.00 per guest (minimum $100). Stemware, ice chests, chillers & bar service ware
• Premium glassware at additional cost

We chill and serve client-provided alcohol and consult on quantities and varieties for you to purchase.

Staffing

Waiters & bar staff

$32.50 per hour, each

• Four hour minimum
• T.A.B.C. certified bartenders: we recommend one per 50 guests
• Event waiters: we recommend one per 25 guests
• One hour setup & ½ hour break down required
• Specialty staff: casino dealers, models, ice sculptors, magicians, fortune tellers, celebrity impersonators & more

Specific pricing upon request. Expert party planning includes advice on tables, chairs, linens, valet, tents, floral, specialty décor, photo booths, music, photography and more.

Basic wedding packages

From an additional $500

Specific pricing upon request. Includes day-of coordination, vendor collaboration, event management, site setup/breakdown, centerpiece placement, additional décor, cake cutting and champagne toasting.
